What is Included

When you hire Brookside Inspections, you will receive a thorough and detailed inspection of all visible and accessible aspects of the structure, inside and out. Following the inspection you will receive a 20 page report that is a combination of checklist and narrative. This report will provide detailed information about the property, allowing you to understand the strengths and possible weaknesses of the home. We strongly encourage you to accompany us throughout the inspection process so you will have a first-hand opportunity to ask questions, as well as learn from the inspector. Most inspections take two to three hours to complete, however larger or older homes with more complex components may require longer. We will also provide you with one spare copy of the report if desired, to provide to your lender, agent, or attorney.

• Plumbing; water storage, heating and distribution, fixtures
• Electrical; panels, wiring (where visible), switches, receptacles
• Heating; equipment, distribution systems, venting, safety controls
• Air Conditioning; equipment, controls, distribution
• Insulation and Ventilation; attics, crawl spaces, basements, (where accessible)
• Appliances; built-in or staying with the property
